2025 FALL OUTREACH PROGRAMS – Online

Camp Club Online 

Camp Club Online is a monthly program offering themed activities for diagnosed campers and their siblings. Each session lasts one hour, held once a week throughout the month. Campers will explore fun, creative activities that foster imagination, build friendships, and deliver tons of joy! Whether you’re crafting something awesome or taking on a thrilling challenge, you’ll connect with fellow campers, explore new ideas, and experience the magic of camp – all from the comfort of home. Our amazing online volunteers provide guidance throughout each activity, ensuring a fun experience from start to finish. Club Online is primarily targeted and tailored for ages 7 to 12, and their siblings, are welcome to sign up for Camp Online sessions, regardless of in-person participation.

Camp Remix Club

Turn up the volume!!! It’s time to mix things up! Camp Remix is your all-access pass to a world of music, movement, and creativity. Each week, we’ll explore music from around the globe, get crafty with music-inspired art projects, and learn the basics of DJing, from building your persona to mixing tracks. Get ready to drop the beat, design your own concert vibe, and dance it out with friends in the most electric club of the season!

Friendship Junction Club

Friendship Junction is more than just a club; it’s a place to pause, reflect, and spark meaningful connections. Inspired by the joy of old-school pen pals and the magic of making a new friend, this special club invites campers to slow down and share parts of themselves through creative projects and heartfelt exchanges. Whether you’re decorating a handmade letter or sending a “hug by mail,”  connecting with campers, you’ll discover that friendship can travel far and still feel close.

Seasons of Giving Club
Bring your game face — and your giving heart!

Join us online for a three-day celebration where families come together for fun, friendly competition, and a whole lot of heart. Through trivia, Family Feud–style games, and silly challenges, you’ll rack up points that turn into real donations supporting food banks in the Vail Valley and Denver Front Range. The more you play, the more we give. So, suit up, log in, and get ready to make a difference, one laugh, one point, and one act of kindness at a time.

Teen Club Online – NEW! 

Teen Club Online is the ultimate online camp experience for teens ages 13-17. Dive into a fun journey where creativity, recreation, and independence come together. At Teen Club Online, you’ll explore exciting activities, develop new life skills through interactive challenges, and connect with peers who share similar interests. This program is designed to spark creativity, build confidence, and, most importantly, bring lots of joy. Whether you’re into gaming, art, music, or adventure, there’s something for everyone. Teen Club offers engaging activities that enhance life skills while creating joyful, inspiring experiences. Campers ages 13-17 with a diagnosis served at Roundup River Ranch, along with their siblings, are welcome to join, regardless of in-person participation.

2025 SUMMER CAMP

6-day, 5-night sessions for campers ages 7-17.

June 5 – 10  Session 1

Gastrointestinal and Liver Conditions and Celiac (Gluten free!)
Diagnoses include but are not limited to: liver disease, liver transplant, IBD/IBS (Crohn’s and colitis), short gut syndrome, Hirschsprung’s, gastroparesis, g-tube dependence, colorectal conditions, chronic pancreatitis, and celiac disease.

June 16 – 21  Session 2

Heart and Kidney Conditions
Diagnoses include but are not limited to: arrythmias, congenital and acquired heart disease, heart transplant, kidney disease, peritoneal dialysis, kidney transplant, and neurogenic bladder.

June 26 – July 1  Session 3

Neurologic and Genetic Conditions
Diagnoses include but are not limited to: epilepsy, cerebral palsy/stroke/TBI, craniofacial abnormalities (including but not limited to cleft lip/palate), spina bifida, genetic conditions, neurofibromatosis, and dermatologic conditions.

July 5 – 8  Session 4

Behavioral Health Conditions
Diagnoses include but are not limited to: adjustment disorders, anxiety and related disorders, depressive disorders, post-traumatic stress disorder, and acute stress disorder.

July 12 – 17  Session 5

Hematology/Oncology and Endocrine Conditions
Diagnoses include but are not limited to: childhood cancer, brain tumors, neurofibromatosis, bone marrow/stem cell transplant, blood disorders (hemophilia + thalassemia + neutropenia), sickle cell disease, diabetes, and adrenal insufficiency.

July 21 – 26  Session 6

Lung, Severe Allergic, and Immune System Conditions
Diagnoses include but are not limited to: moderate to severe asthma, cystic fibrosis (1 per session), lung disease, non-ventilator dependent tracheostomy, EOE, severe allergies (food and environmental), severe eczema, acquired immunodeficiency disorders, and juvenile arthritis.

July 30 – Aug. 4  Session 7

All Qualifying Diagnoses*
Campers that require highly specialized care and/or monitoring will be directed to the most appropriate session based on diagnosis expertise and resources available.

Please note:

  • We can host 1 camper with Cystic Fibrosis per session.
  • Volunteer Orientation starts one day before each session (note this is different for Session 4).
  • Sibling applications are considered based on space. Please submit an application for each sibling to be considered after first round acceptances.
  • *FULL: Once a session is full, new applications will be placed on the waitlist.

2026 FAMILY CAMPS

3-day, 2-night weekend sessions for diagnosed campers ages 5-17 and their families.

April 24-26  Session 1

Gastrointestinal and Liver Conditions (Gluten free weekend!)

May 29-31  Session 2

Diabetes and Endocrine Conditions
Diagnoses include but are not limited to: diabetes, and adrenal insufficiency.

Sept. 4-6  Session 3

Oct. 2-4  Session 5

Hematology/Oncology, Behavioral Health, and All Chronic Conditions
Diagnoses include but are not limited to: childhood cancer, brain tumors, neurofibromatosis, bone marrow transplant, blood disorders, sickle cell disease, adjustment disorders, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorders, acute stress disorders, mild-moderate eating disorders, and any qualifying diagnosis.

Oct. 9-11  Session 6

Want camp delivered to your doorstep? Sign up for Joy, Delivered! An out-of-the-box camp experience that supports and engages children in fun activities that inspire creativity, compassion, resilience, teamwork, and are screen-free. The magic and joy of camp is delivered to your doorstep with all the supplies, instructions, and activities necessary to experience the joy of camp individually or collaboratively. Campers must be between the ages of 7-17 and traditionally qualify for Roundup River Ranch. Learn more.
